Weekend Arrest of NYPD Employee

An employee of the New York Police Department was arrested this weekend in the 70th Precinct of Brooklyn, located on Lawrence Ave in Boro Park. 

Stephen Osborn, a 28-year-old civilian employee, was arrested while off-duty. He faces multiple charges, including criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, menacing, and harassment.

The arrest took place at 1:18 am on Sunday. No details of what led up to the arrest were shared with the public.
