Photo Gallery: Chevra Shas of Bobov-45 Celebrate Annual Siyum

A historic event took place Monday night with the annual siyum celebrated by the Chevra Shas of Bobov-45. 

For several years this group of nearly 100 dedicated talmidei chachamim have been finishing the entire shas every year, with some members completing it every two years, a feat that is almost unheard of. They learn 4-8 pages of Gemara every day and are tested on the material twice a month. For some members of the chevra, this year is their fifth time finishing the entire shas.

The siyum on Monday was an inspiring event celebrating their incredible achievement. The evening opened with speech by the event chairman, Reb Nussan Dovid Blum, shlit"a, and was followed by a talk from Reb Avraham Mordche Malach, shlit"a about the significance of the evening. 

The Bobov-45 Rebbe personally attended the siyum and delivered heartfelt brachos at the end of the night, and the chevra members had the opportunity to pass by him and receive a brachah. 

The night ended on a high note with spirited dancing and singing, and the members went home with renewed inspiration to start the shas cycle again and continue their incredible Torah learning.
