Rentastic Sets the Stage for Governor Hochul's Visit to Kiryas Yoel

When New York Governor Kathy Hochul came to the Bais Rochel girls' school in Kiryas Yoel, the renowned Rentastic Party Rental company was there first. Rentastic's crews prepared thousands of chairs, stages, and all the accessories needed to welcome the Governor in grand fashion.

The setup turned the school grounds into a full-scale event venue. Everything was in place and ready well before the Governor's arrival.

The Governor's visit drew a large crowd of Bais Rochel students. The girls came out in force to show their support for Governor Hochul, who is currently running for re-election.

Rows upon rows of seating filled the grounds, facing a stage built for the occasion. The arrangement gave every student a clear view and lent the visit the dignity befitting a governor's appearance in the community.

An event of this size leaves no room for error. A visit from the Governor means tight timing, security requirements, and a crowd of thousands that must be seated in an orderly way.

Rentastic handled the full setup from start to finish:

Seating: thousands of chairs, arranged in neat rows for the students

Staging: a stage built for the Governor and the program

Gates and accessories: barriers, gates, and every other item needed to keep the event running smoothly

When the program ended, Rentastic's team cleared the grounds just as efficiently as they had set them up.
