Thick Fog in the Area, Drivers Urged to Use Caution

The National Weather Service has issued a Special Weather Statement for New York City, warning of dense fog. 

It’s expected to stick around through the morning, making it harder for drivers to see clearly on the roads. People planning to travel today are being told to take it slow, keep their headlights on low beam, and leave more space between cars. 

The fog should start to lift later in the day, but for now, things might be slower than usual on the road.
