Deranged: Madman Smashes Windows of Parked Cars perhaps out of Boredom

It was around 10:00 am Sunday morning when a pure madman went around and smashed car windows as he passed them by on Ft. Hamilton Parkway.

The perpetrator, a white male, was holding a long metal pipe and used it to vandalize the parked cars he passed as he walked from 62nd street to 66th street.

Footage showed that passersby noticed his maniacal behavior but did nothing in protest.

NYPD is currently searching for the perp.
