BDE: Mrs. Rivka Teitelbaum, a”h

We are saddened to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Teitelbaum of the Gerer community in Boro Park. She was 72 years of age.

The nifteres was born into the home of Reb Duvid Greenbaum, a”h, a Gerer chossid who worked hard for a living—yet found hours upon hours to sit immersed in his learning within the walls of the Gerer shtiebel. 

She married her husband, ybl”ch, Reb Moshe Teitelbaum, a prominent Gerer chossid in Boro Park community, and together they raised a home of children and grandchildren who follow in the ways of their ancestors.

The levaya will take place at the home of the nifteres, 1765 55th Street, at 3; 15 this afternoon
