BREAKING: Beitar on Lockdown
by YS Gold
The charedi community of Beitar is on lockdown in these moments on an evening that saw terrorist activity in Tel Aviv, with three seriously injured.
Residents of Beitar were asked to remain indoors and lock their doors after there were reports of a bomb at a bus stop. The package is being looked at by police in these moments, and the suspect who placed the package is being hunted.
The mayor of Beitar sent out a video message urging residents to remain indoors because a terrorist is on the loose in the city. “Anyone milling about outdoors is only interfering with actions to apprehend the terrorist,” he said.
MK Itamar Ben Gvir is reportedly on the scene in Beitar.
