Captured Moment: Happy Town Day Camp

This week’s captured moment takes us to Fifteenth Avenue and the upper forties in Boro Park, to a day camp that was operated in this home during the 1950’s and 60’s. A new building recently went up on this very spot.

Many of our readers accurately pointed out that this Shul on 12th Avenue is Khal Bnei Asher, led by the Tenka Rov, Rav Chaim Eluzer Friedman, shlit”a. This picture is of the old building, still in existence, while the main shul is now located in a newer adjacent building.
