Captured Moment: Purim at the Yeshiva

This week’s captured moment takes us to a yeshiva in Boro Park whose students got dressed up for Purim and posed on the steps to the yeshiva. At the time, it was the only full-day yeshiva in Boro Park, and it was located in the center of town.

The location on New Utrecht Avenue, as a number of our readers correctly pointed out, is the one on New Utrecht Avenue and 50th Street. Today, a shoe store stands in the building in the background, and is quite obviously the same as the one in the picture.
