Dramatic Footage: Alert Shomrim Members Pursue and Apprehend Robbery Suspect

At 12:15 Tuesday night, a suspect wielding a wrench threw a man to the ground outside the subway station on Fort Hamilton and 43rd Street and robbed him of his wallet. He took off running, but a woman witnessing the scene began yelling for help. 

Fortunately, there were a few Shomrim members in the area who heard the screams, and they began to pursue the suspect, catching up with him a block later. 

They alerted the NYPD, who arrived at the scene and arrested the suspect, reuniting the victim with his possessions.
