New Satmar School Building Nears Completion

A few short months ago, BoroPark24 reported on the quick pace of construction at the new Beis Rochel Satmar school. Only a few months after purchasing the property, five stories were already up on the lot, much to the amazement of nearby residents. 

Now, only a few months later, the building is already nearing completion and word is that the building will be ready for the new school year. The property was purchased less than a year ago, making this one of the fastest, big-scale construction projects that Boro Park has ever seen. 

Around two months ago Satmar purchased two adjacent lots, as reported by BoroPark24, to prepare for expansions in the future.
