Today’s Captured Moment takes us to Fifteenth Avenue and the lower streets to Horton’s Ice Cream, soda and candy. Today it’s the site of a very famous retail store where many Boro Parkers—from throughout the neighborhood—get their provisions delivered.

The pushcarts in the featured picture were located on the stretch of 13th Avenue between 41st Street and 39th Street—still today a major hub of retail for a new generation of Boro Park residents.
