New Recipe: Fettuccine Funghi Alfredo

If you’re looking to use up your leftover pasta, this is the way to make it delicious, easy, and the perfect quick dinner!

7 oz pasta

1/3 cup reserved pasta water

3 tablespoons butter

15 oz fresh mushrooms

1 cube frozen garlic 

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1: Cook pasta as per package instructions. Reserve 1/3 cup of the water and strain

2: Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté for ten minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Add the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and most of the Parmesan Cheese. Simmer for five minutes

3: Add the cooked pasta and cook for an additional five minutes. Top with the rest of the Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
