Tosher Kehillah to Open Talmud Torah in Boro Park

This week, the Tosher chassidus announced plans to open a Talmud Torah in the midst of the Boro Park community. 

The Kehillah notified the public that, with the blessing and guidance of the Tosher Rebbe shlit”a, a Talmud Torah will be opened for the children of Boro Park for the year of 5784-5785, be’ezras Hashem.
