Two New Shuls Open in Boro Park as Shavuos Approaches

As Yom Tov approaches, two new batei medrash are opening, on two ends of Boro Park—signifying further growth in the Boro Park community.

Heichal Hakodesh is being opened on 48th Street and 11th Avenue by Breslover chassidim who are followers of Rav Eliezer Shlomo Schick, zt”l, and his student, Rav Yoel Roth, the Rosh Yeshiva of Heichal Hakodesh. A shiur will delivered by Rav Roth this evening at 9:00 in preparation for Shavuos.

About one mile away, on 19th Avenue and 47th Street (the old Beis Medrash of Rav Abba Bronspiegel) Mishnas Yechezkel is being opened this Shabbos by Rav Yechezkel Meisels.

He is the son in law of the Admor of Kavunas Halev, Rav Shmuel Zev Lichter, who was niftar in recent weeks.

The first tefillah will be mincha erev Shabbos at 8:50.
