The NYPD has still not apprehended two teens wanted for assaulting a man who refused to help them evade the subway fare at the Fort Hamilton and 62nd Street station.
According to police, the 28-year-old man had disembarked the N Train at the aforementioned station at around 10:00 p.m. when the two teens asked him to open the security gate so they could avoid paying for the ride.
When he refused, a verbal argument ensued, and when the victim exited, the two teens—estimated to be around 17 years of age—assaulted him.
Police released security footage of the incident on Tuesday and asked anyone with information on their identity or whereabouts to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
