Weekly Weather: Sunny, Clear, and Chilly, Storm for Weekend

The week began with clear and chilly weather that started on Shabbos. Temperatures will be in the 40's during the day and the low thirties/high 20's overnight. It will be sunny, and this pattern will hold until Wednesday. 

As a storm approaches, it will warm up on Wednesday and Thursday ahead of the storm. Heavy rain comes in on Thursday night, and there is a chance that it will turn to snow for a short time as the storm winds down. But there is no accumulation expected. We will keep an eye on this storm. 

Friday will see a steep drop in temperatures with fierce winds, a pattern that will remain with us over the weekend. 

TRAVEL ALERT: this week is an especially busy travel time, and the roads will be congested. Together with rain, which could be freezing in some areas, drivers are urged to use caution and advance planning.
