Culinary Corner: Peanut Butter Chocolate Pops
Let’s make the most of the last days of summer with a cool treat, that’s so fun to eat! These homemade pops are so easy to prepare!

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE POPS
Ingredients:
1 ½
cups whole milk
3 tablespoons
sugar
2
tablespoons cornstarch
1
pinch salt
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup peanut butter
Dark
chocolate
Peanuts, crushed
Directions:
In a
bowl, combine all the ingredients slowly and blend them using a hand blender.
Pour
the mixture into molds to within ¼ of the top, leaving a bit of space. Place
the tops on the mold, insert the sticks and freeze till frozen solid,
approximately 4 hours.
Using
a double boiler, melt the chocolate/ Once melted, pour a bit of chocolate over
the end of each popsicle, then dip the pop into crushed peanuts. Working fast,
do this to all the pops, then move them into the freezer for a couple of
minutes till they set.
