New Recipe: PESACH RECIPE٠ GALARETA – PTCHA

Are you a gala lover? Well, you have never tasted gala like this!

Ingredients:                                                              

3 lbs knee bones

1 lb neck bones

2 pieces marrow bones

water, to cover

1 white onion, chopped

2 heads of garlic

3 tbsp salt, divide in half

½ tsp pepper

Place all the bones into a 10qt pot; cover with water and bring to a boil. 
When done remove, wash, and rinse off the bones and the pot as well.
Return the bones into the pot, cover with the water, and then add the remaining ingredients,
but just add in only one half of the 3tbsp salt. 

Bring the pot to a hefty boil, and then lower the heat to simmer covered for 10 to 12 hours.
Remove the bones and scrape off all the meat and fats from them. Cut the meat into thin small pieces,
and then add it with the fats and the remaining salt to the pot. Blend well and pour the mixture into containers, refrigerate until it is affirmed. Freeze the containers for later use.
Defrost by re-boiling it and then return to container, fridge until affirmed.
