I am about to blow your mind with this easy and gorgeous main dish idea! I know how everyone gets bored of the same old chicks cutlets. This recipe solves that!
Salami Stuffed Chicken
By: Charnie Kohn
5 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 roll salami
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix until combined. Place the chicken on a flat surface. With a sharp knife cut slits across but not all the way through. Brush with the mayo mixture. Cut the roll of salami in half, lengthwise, and cut into thin half-moons. Stuff each slit with salami. You might need to trim the salami depending on how large the slit is and how big the chicken is. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil and bake the chicken at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, again, depending on how thick the chicken is. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!!
