New Recipe: Sloppy Joe FACON CRISPS
An uncomplicated supper – A decorative appetizer – A demonstrative dinner for kids – Yield: 30 to 40 crisps
Ingredients:
• 1lb ground beef
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 white onion, chopped
• 4oz beef fry (Facon), diced
• 4 tbsp Shauly’s ginger teriyaki
• 2 tbsp sriracha
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 cubes frozen crushed garlic
• ½ cup sauerkraut
• potato pringles
• jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced (optional;)
In a large teflon coated pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion for 15 minutes.
Add the facon and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add and mix the remaining ingredients except for the ground beef and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Then add the ground beef and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes mixing it constantly.
Don’t overcook; make sure that the meat does not dry out.
Scoop some of the cooked sloppy joe and place it onto the potato pringles.
Add a thin slice of jalapeno pepper and serve!
