Gov. Cuomo, Who Oversaw 25,000 Deaths in NY, Says He Doesn't Trust Trump on Vaccine Safety

Gov. Cuomo says he doesn't trust the federal government to decide if a vaccine is safe so NY will have its own review once a vaccine is ready. He didn't mention the 25,000 NYers who died under his watch, the most in the nation.
